Sessions are offered in office or via zoom.us.
For telemedicine, a private location, HD device (computer, tablet, smart phone) and adequate data or wifi are required.

I currently accept BCBSND and BCBS PPO plans, Sanford, Health Partners and ND Medicaid.
I have private payment rates for those choosing not to use their insurance plan.
Your comfort during therapy is very important. If you choose to meet with me in office please visit me at
749 S 30th St, Suite 14 in Grand Forks. It's in the Parkwood Place building.
Follow the directions on the map below, Google Maps will drive you past the entrance!
Use the parking and entrance on the East corner of the building and wait near the reception desk and gym area.
I will come get you at the time of your appointment.
